These terms apply to mileevo.com, MileEvo SaaS, MileEvo Connect, public center websites, and related services provided by DataCuve Solutions LLP.

If your organization has a signed order form, subscription agreement, business terms, or data-processing agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.

MileEvo supports therapy operations, scheduling, documentation, parent communication, center websites, discovery, and education workflows.

MileEvo does not replace professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, emergency care, educational decisions, legal compliance, or advice from qualified professionals.

You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles to staff, removing access when people leave, and ensuring users only access information they are authorized to view.

Centers, schools, therapists, and professionals are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the permissions they grant, and the notices, consents, or lawful basis required for their workflows.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing notes, reports, AI-assisted drafts, parent communication, records, invoices, website content, and public profile content before relying on or sharing them.

MileEvo Connect helps parents and professionals discover therapy services, resources, activities, and profiles. Listings, availability, qualifications, descriptions, and responses may be provided by professionals or centers.

Parents and guardians should independently evaluate professionals and services before booking, sharing sensitive information, or making care decisions.

Some MileEvo features may assist with drafts, summaries, goals, reports, activities, or operational suggestions. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect.

Users must review AI-assisted output before using it in clinical, educational, parent-facing, billing, or public contexts.

Do not use MileEvo to upload unlawful content, misuse personal data, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape data, spam users, or violate the rights of others.

Do not enter information unless you have the authority, consent, or lawful basis required for that data and workflow.

Paid plans, add-ons, credits, discounts, taxes, billing cycles, and cancellation terms may be described on pricing pages, invoices, order forms, or customer agreements.

Plan features, limits, pricing, and packaging may change over time as the product evolves. We try to communicate material changes clearly.

MileEvo, its software, design, workflows, branding, and documentation belong to DataCuve Solutions LLP or its licensors.

Customer data and uploaded content remain subject to the rights and responsibilities of the customer, center, professional, parent, or user who controls that information.

We work to keep MileEvo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or security events may affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MileEvo is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed customer agreement. We may update these terms as the product, law, or business changes.
