MileEvo's product posture is designed to help Indian pediatric therapy centers, professionals, and families operate with clearer data boundaries, access controls, and request workflows.

MileEvo does not describe itself as automatically making a customer compliant. Instead, we build product controls and support practices that help customers operate with clearer notice, consent, role access, security, retention, and request handling.
How responsibilities can differ
When a center uses MileEvo SaaS
The therapy center usually determines why child, parent, staff, clinical, education, billing, and communication information is collected and used. MileEvo provides software and operational support for that center-controlled workflow.
When a parent or professional uses Connect
MileEvo may directly operate parts of the Connect discovery experience, including search, profiles, connection requests, resources, and platform safety workflows.
When a public center website is generated
The center controls the public content it chooses to publish, while MileEvo provides the website infrastructure and inquiry workflow.
MileEvo readiness areas
Role-based access
Workspaces use role-based permissions so admins, therapists, staff, and parent-facing users do not all receive the same access by default.
Auditability
MileEvo product workflows are designed around structured records, timestamps, and operational audit trails where appropriate.
Parent and guardian context
Pediatric therapy often involves children. Workflows are designed with parent or guardian involvement, consent context, and access boundaries in mind.
Purpose-limited workflows
Scheduling, clinical notes, billing, parent communication, Connect, and center websites are kept as defined product workflows rather than unrestricted data sharing surfaces.
India-first operations
MileEvo is built for Indian therapy-center realities, including WhatsApp-aware communication, UPI/GST-adjacent operations, and DPDP-aware product posture.
Request handling
Access, correction, erasure, and grievance requests can be routed through the appropriate center, professional, or MileEvo channel depending on who controls the data.
Data minimization
Product flows are designed to collect the information needed for the relevant workflow rather than encouraging broad, unrelated data collection.
Security safeguards
MileEvo uses practical security controls, internal access discipline, and operational review patterns to reduce unauthorized access and misuse risk.
