How does the founding offer work?
Complete a guided 45-day pilot, then keep founding pricing for your first 6 paid months. Choose annual billing for one 12-month founding term priced as 10 months. Standard pricing applies at the next renewal with at least 30 days' notice. An activated center has completed onboarding and the guided pilot and has started a paid subscription. A demo or verbal expression of interest does not reserve a founding place.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your team changes. Our team can help migrate settings, website content, and workflows.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Eligible founding centers can choose one 12-month founding term for the price of 10 months. Standard pricing applies at the next renewal with at least 30 days' notice. Annual payment can be made by UPI or bank transfer during onboarding.
Are AI credits included?
AI features run on AI credits. Growth includes 200 credits/month, Pro+ 300, and Enterprise 800 — all rolling over month to month. Starter includes a one-time set of 15 credits to sample AI. Buy more anytime from Rs. 5/credit (packs: 50 for Rs. 250, 200 for Rs. 900, 500 for Rs. 2,000).
Do you provide GST-ready invoices?
Yes. MileEvo supports Indian billing needs, including GST-ready invoice workflows for subscribed centers.
Can I use only Connect without the SaaS product?
Yes. Connect listings are available separately for professionals who want discovery and profile visibility.
